Refund an Return Policy
Returns
We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. With that said, we do issue refunds.
Refund Policy - the basics
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at aryasacres@gmail.com within 24hours (1 day) of receipt of the damaged product.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
All refunds will be less the shipping cost.
